In keeping with its unparalleled heritage, each Duke Cowboy Hat is made the old-fashioned way, dyed and shaped and distressed entirely by hand. This results in a hat that is truly one of a kind, with its own unique shape and level of distressing. Each Duke Cowboy Hat is crafted from high-quality 6X fur felt for a lifetime of wear, with a signature leather hat band, interior leather sweatband, and satin lining. With its unmistakable profile and signature distressed patina, the Duke Cowboy Hat may be our most iconic hat—the ultimate marriage of form and function.
NOTE: The Duke 6X Cowboy Hat is handcrafted, hand-dyed and hand-distressed. That means no two hats have the same exact character, making each hat truly one of a kind. It's then finished with a leather hat band, which is hand-picked and unique to each hat.

Use a tape measure (or a length of string that you will have to hold up to a tape measure) to determine the length. Place the string or tape around your head about 1/8″ above your ear, across the mid-forehead, completely circling your head. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly. Basically you need to measure your head exactly where the hat will sit. If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the next largest size.
